I offer 50-minute therapy sessions either online, over the phone or face to face from a space in Helston; whichever feels like the most comfortable fit for you.

Before we commit to working together, I offer a 20- minute free consultation. The therapeutic relationship is paramount to your journey, so this will give us a chance to meet one another, discuss how we would work together and allow you to see if you think I would be the right fit for you.

I do have a small number of concessionary places in my practice, primarily for those are unemployed, students or refugees. If you fall into one of these groups please mention this your contact form.

I currently have space in my practice to take on new clients over the age of 18 throughout the weekdays and evenings.
